Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
• Be returned in its original packaging with all seals, labels and accessories intact.
• Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first.

To request a return, email puradymeuk@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with our return instructions and nominated return address.

Supplement Returns

Due to the nature of health supplements, we can only accept returns if the product is:

• Unopened
• Unused
• Factory sealed
• In its original condition

Approved supplement returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Opened or used supplements
• Products with broken or removed safety seals
• Items returned damaged or not in their original condition
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photographs of both the product and its packaging. We'll investigate the issue promptly and arrange a suitable resolution.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different product, please contact us to arrange an approved return. Once your return has been processed, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union Cooling-Off Rights

For orders delivered within the European Union, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

Items must still be returned unused, unopened, factory sealed, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

• 2–5 business days for your return to be inspected and processed.
• 3–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

Any applicable 20% restocking fee for approved supplement returns will be deducted from the refund.
